Summer months can be very hot in Greece; Temperatures can reach 420 C.
Pack your clothes in soft bags and luggage, to help store them on board and save space.
Time Zone: EET (GMT+2) Summer (GMT+3).
Bring with you light clothes (T-Shirts, shorts, bathing suits, flip flops). A wind-proof jacket would be recommended due to the wind you may encounter at the islands. Also, a pair of deck shoes, which should be worn during mooring and unmooring for safety reasons and a sweater just in case of weather change.
Yachts will have a transformer which changes 12V to 220V. This can be used to charge your cell phone, tablet, laptop etc. while the engines are running. While at dock, it would be preferable to charge your devices with a 12V car-type charger.
The currency in Greece is EURO.It is suggested that you exchange your money ahead. Credit cards may not be accepted at all locations.
Sunglasses, Sunscreen and a Hat would surely be your favorite and most useful accessories.
Yachts have an audio player with USB or AUX plug and a CD player. Feel free to bring your USB with music of your preference or CDs to add an extra touch to your vacations.
The Languages most commonly used in Greece are Greek and English.
